Launchpad x Compass is a conversational workspace built into Blueshift. Ask questions, analyze performance, build segments, draft campaigns, update existing assets, and more — all in one place, using the data already in your account.

Beta

Launchpad and Compass are in beta. Capabilities continue to expand as the beta evolves.

Launchpad

Launchpad is the conversational workspace in Blueshift. Use it to analyze performance, create segments, draft email templates, set up campaigns, generate reports and dashboards, and update existing assets.

Use @mentions to reference existing campaigns, templates, segments, reports, and shared assets in your prompts. You can also add image attachments, CSV uploads, and voice input for more context.

To get started, go to Agents > Launchpad in the left navigation. For a walkthrough of the interface, refer to the Launchpad interface guide.

Compass

Compass surfaces weekly insights from your account data, including trends in volume, engagement, conversions, and list health. Open any insight in Launchpad to explore it further or keep working from there.

Compass appears on the Launchpad home screen, below the input bar.

Access & control

Launchpad is scoped to the permissions your role in Blueshift has. If you can't edit or launch something manually, Launchpad can't do it either.

An access policy controls how Launchpad applies changes. Set it to draft mode to create drafts only, require approval before saving, or leave it unrestricted to apply changes directly.

Data safety

Launchpad and Compass work only with the data in your Blueshift account.

No cross-customer data sharing or model training.
No data is stored outside your account instance.
Prompt data is not retained by third-party AI providers.
All drafts and recommendations are visible before activation.
Full auditability of who requested, approved, or deployed changes.
