A/B Tests
After you configure recommendation schemes, you can run A/B tests to compare the performance of two or more schemes.
Create two templates, A and B, which use different recommendation schemes and run an A/B test.
- See how the click through rate on a creative differs depending upon the recommendation algorithm.
- For email templates, view the template click heat map to find out which recommendation scheme has a better conversion rate.

Create an Insights > Campaign Performance report to measure campaign performance with and without recommendations. Group by ‘uses recommendations’.

Create an Insights > Recommended Items report to find the recommended items and the recommendation blocks with the highest sends, clicks, and click through rate. You can further dissect this information based on channel, campaigns, segments, templates, recommendation schemes, recommendation blocks, and so on.
