Data Studio: Attribute behavior and visibility

  • Custom attribute updates: After creation, new custom attributes may take 2-3 minutes to appear in Data Studio.
  • "Created at" date for attributes:
    • The "Created at" date reflects the account creation date for standard, derived, and predictive attributes.
    • Custom attributes created before the January 2025 release will have empty "Created at" dates, as this information was not stored previously.
    • Custom attributes created after the January 2025 release will display accurate "Created at" dates.
  • Attribute visibility: Not all customer attributes may appear on the customer profile, but they can still be accessed in the Data Studio or used for segmentation.
