Set campaign schedule

Configure when your campaign should start and end from the Properties tab. For one-time campaigns, set just a start time. For recurring or triggered campaigns, define a start and end window along with the execution pattern.

Note

Once the campaign end time is reached, no messages are sent—even if users are still progressing through the journey.

One-time campaigns

Specify a Start date and time for a one-time campaign. The campaign runs once for all eligible users.

Recurring campaigns

For campaigns that need to run on a schedule (e.g., daily or weekly), set:

  • Start date and time
  • End date and time (optional)
  • Repeat Every – to define the frequency

Example scheduling patterns include daily messages, specific weekdays, or monthly intervals.

Segment-triggered campaigns

Define when the campaign should begin and optionally end. Execution options include:

  • Daily – Checks the segment once per day
  • Continuously – Monitors the segment in near real time

Event-triggered campaigns

Set the start and end times to define the window during which events can trigger messages.
