Walkthrough: Campaign Optimizer Agent interface

This guide introduces the Campaign Optimizer Agent’s interface, walking through each tab in sequence—starting with the Optimizer tests (tab)—to help you track activity, approve content, and explore new suggestions with confidence.

Interface overview

From the left navigation panel, go to Customer AI > Agents > Campaign Optimizer. The Campaign Optimizer Agent includes three primary tabs, arranged left to right:

  • Optimizer tests: View all experiments in progress or awaiting approval/launch.
  • Review & approve: Approve proposed variants before they are tested.
  • Discover opportunities: Browse up to 10 high-value system suggestions.

Tab 1: Optimizer tests

This tab is your main index for tracking ongoing and pending tests.

Each row shows:

  • Campaign/trigger – The campaign trigger being tested.
  • Status – Running, completed, or awaiting approval.
  • Goal – The optimization metric being measured.
  • Performance – Lift, significance, and traffic allocation.
  • Volume & results – Sends, conversions, and rates for control vs. variant.

Tab 2: Review & approve

Use this tab to review and approve content variants. You can:

  • Compare the original and proposed content side by side.
  • View multiple variant options.
  • Approve or reject system-generated variants.

Tab 3: Discover opportunities

This tab highlights high-priority triggers where the system has identified potential for improvement.

Each row provides:

  • Campaign/trigger/template – The item being evaluated.
  • Current content – User-created message content.
  • Proposed content/insight – Suggested improvement based on analysis.
  • Score – Confidence level for potential uplift.
  • Sends – Volume sent via the trigger.
  • Configure – Opens details to explore and act on the opportunity.

Click Find opportunities in the top-right corner to refresh suggestions in real time.
