Walkthrough: Campaign Optimizer Agent interface

This guide introduces the Campaign Optimizer Agent’s interface, walking through each tab in sequence—starting with the Optimizer tests (tab)—to help you track activity, approve content, and explore new suggestions with confidence.

Interface overview

From the left navigation panel, go to Customer AI > Agents > Campaign Optimizer. The Campaign Optimizer Agent includes three primary tabs, arranged left to right:

  • Optimizer tests: View all experiments in progress or awaiting approval/launch.
  • Pending actions: A single list that shows both approval-pending tests and opportunities (system-discovered or marketer-generated).

Tab 1: Optimizer tests

This tab is your main index for tracking ongoing and pending tests.

Each row shows:

  • Campaign/trigger – The campaign trigger being tested.
  • Status – Running, completed, or awaiting approval.
  • Goal – The optimization metric being measured.
  • Performance – Lift, significance, and traffic allocation.
  • Volume & results – Sends, conversions, and rates for control vs. variant.

Tab 2: Pending actions

This tab consolidates approval-pending tests and opportunities into one view. Each row shows:

  • Campaign/trigger – The item under optimization.
  • State/Status – Either Approval pending or Opportunity.
  • Has content – Whether variants have been generated for the item.
  • Other details – Current content, proposed content, score, sends.

Blueshift-discovered opportunities are marked with an icon, and you can expand them to view the opportunity score. Click any row to open the Campaign Optimizer Agent details page.
