Campaign Optimizer Agent (Beta) – Overview

The Blueshift Campaign Optimizer Agent Beta is an AI-powered system that helps you improve campaign performance at scale. It streamlines testing by identifying opportunities, generating optimized content, and running experiments—so you can deliver measurable results with less manual effort.

Optimization scope & prerequisites

Before you begin using the Campaign Optimizer Agent, make sure:

  • Feature enabled: The Campaign Optimizer Agent feature is enabled on your account. If you don’t have access, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
  • Campaign status: Your campaign is launched and actively running with at least one email trigger.
    Note: The Campaign Optimizer Agent isn’t available during initial campaign setup.
  • Campaign type: The Campaign Optimizer Agent supports event-triggered, segment-triggered, and recurring campaigns. Support for one-time campaigns will be available soon.
  • A/B test status: The trigger or node you’re optimizing is not part of an active A/B test.
  • Content type: Supports experiments for the subject line and preheader of email templates. Other channels or components may be added in future updates.

The Campaign Optimizer Agent is ideal for improving email engagement with minimal manual effort. Common use cases include:

  • Testing variations to enhance clarity, urgency, or tone.
  • Reducing the time spent on manual A/B test setup.
