Blueshift creates unified, comprehensive customer profiles by aggregating data across all customer touchpoints. You can easily search for and access a customer profile in the Blueshift UI by any customer attribute. The customer profile is organized into sections that let you view customer details, campaign activity, and other profile data. You can also apply filters to find specific activities and view event payload details for campaign activity events.

To find specific campaign activity, you can filter the activity list by channel, campaign, template, trigger, and event attribute values. You can also click a campaign activity event to view its event payload in an overlay. |
