This update introduces new ways to organize your chat history, the ability to configure persistent account-level context for the agent, and support for CSV uploads for in-chat data analysis.
Account instructions for agent context
Account Admins can now configure a persistent, account-level context that the agent automatically applies across chats.
- Set persistent instructions. Define guidance such as brand guidelines, campaign naming conventions, email header and footer preferences, or preferred schema attributes for identifying user properties.
- Apply shared context automatically. Add information such as your company’s tone, key terminology, or business objectives so the agent can use it across conversations.
To manage this setting, go to Launchpad Settings > Agent Awareness > Agent Account Context and click Edit.
The Agent Account Context section includes two parts: a system-generated Account Marketing Landscape and an editable Account Instructions area. Only Account Admins can edit this configuration.
Note
Account instructions cannot be updated via Launchpad chat at this time. We will be adding that capability in the near future.
Chat history updates
The chat history panel now includes two new actions: rename chats directly from the history panel and open chats in a new browser tab.
- Rename chats directly from the history panel.
- Open a chat in a new browser tab from the right-click menu.
Support for CSV uploads
Users can now upload CSV files directly in the Launchpad chat interface for analysis and visualization within the conversation.
- Upload CSV files for analysis. Use your own files to explore campaign performance, audience segments, or other custom datasets in Launchpad.
- Generate charts and visualizations. Ask the agent to analyze the file, summarize patterns, or create charts based on the uploaded data.
To get started, click the upload icon in the chat input area and select a CSV file from your computer. After the file is uploaded, ask the agent to analyze it or create a chart, such as “Show me a breakdown by region” or “Create a bar chart from this file.”
