This update expands Launchpad’s segmentation, analysis, usage visibility, and prompt recommendation capabilities.

You can now build segments from nested attributes and predictive scores, analyze goal event trends with attribute-level breakdowns, track subscriber growth across channels, see the Work Units consumed per chat session, and start from prompt suggestions based on your recent platform activity.

Advanced segmentation

Launchpad now supports more advanced segmentation requests, including nested attributes and predictive scores-based targeting. These additions support use cases that previously required manual configuration in the segment builder.

  • Segment using nested attributes. Create segments from properties nested within user data — SMS preferences, device details, or app version. For example, target users subscribed to a specific sender ID in a multi-sender account, or identify users on a minimum app version for feature eligibility.
  • Segment using predictive scores. Build segments using Blueshift predictive scores — likelihood to churn, likelihood to purchase, or engagement propensity. Launchpad applies the appropriate threshold and returns the matching segment.

To create advanced segments, describe your target audience in plain language.

Examples:

  • “Create a segment of users subscribed to sender ID X.”
  • “Segment users on iOS with app version 12 or above.”
  • “Build a segment of customers likely to churn in the next 30 days.”

Launchpad now includes deeper analysis for goal events and audience growth. Analyze goal event trends with attribute-level breakdowns, and report on subscriber growth or decline across channels.

Goal event insights

Analyze goal event trends and break them down by payload attributes, instantly slicing performance data without manual configuration.

  • Trend analysis for goal events. Ask Launchpad to analyze how a goal event — such as purchases, sign-ups, or app installs — has trended over a selected time period.
  • Breakdowns by event attributes. Add event payload dimensions to compare trends—such as splitting 90-day purchase trends by store location or breaking down app installs by acquisition source.

To use this, ask for a trend on any goal event and specify the breakdown you want.

Examples:

  • “Show me purchase trends for the last 90 days broken down by store.”
  • “Analyze sign-up event trends this quarter by acquisition channel.”

Generate subscriber trend reports for any channel.

  • Subscriber growth or decline reporting. Generate a report or dashboard tracking subscriber trends across any channel (email, SMS, push, and others) over your chosen timeframe, complete with highlighted key inflection points.

To use this, describe the subscriber trend you want to track.

Examples:

  • “Show me email subscriber growth for the last 6 months.”
  • “Create a dashboard tracking SMS opt-in and opt-out trends for Q1.”

Work Unit computation

Launchpad now displays the Work Units consumed for each chat session.

What is a Work Unit? Work Units are Blueshift's measure of the output and value produced by Launchpad in a session.

  • Significance. Simple data retrievals consume fewer units, while multi-step tasks—like building segments or generating email templates—consume more. Essentially, it quantifies the manual marketing tasks the agent handles for you.
  • Viewing Work Units. At the end of each chat session, Launchpad displays the total Work Units consumed in the bottom-right corner of the chat input bar.
  • Account-level usage. Account Admins can view aggregate Work Unit usage across sessions from the Plan & Usage screen.

  Note

Work Unit tracking applies to sessions starting April 28, 2026. Sessions before this update do not include retrospective Work Unit computation.

Personalized prompt shortcut

Launchpad now anticipates your next move with a context-aware entry point tailored to your recent activity.

  • Contextual intelligence. Launchpad analyzes your recent interactions with campaigns, segments, templates, and reports to surface the most relevant next step.
  • One-Click Execution. The “Suggested for you” pill acts as a direct shortcut, instantly launching a task-specific session without requiring you to draft a prompt from scratch.

How to use: Find the “Suggested for you” pill on the chat input bar on Launchpad’s home screen to kick-start high-value work or start a recommended next step immediately.
