Unread chat indicators

The chat history panel now highlights chats with unread responses, so you can quickly identify where there is activity waiting for your review.

  • Unread count on the chat history button. The chat history button now shows the total number of unread chats as a count badge, so you always know how many conversations are waiting for your attention without opening the panel.

  • Role-based chat access. Admins can view chats from all users in the account. Users in other roles will only see their own chat sessions.

Chat responses: copy, share, and feedback

You can now copy, share, and provide feedback on every Launchpad response directly from the chat, making it easier to act on Launchpad output and capture precise feedback on response quality.

  • Copy a response with one click. Copy a response with one click. Use this to paste the Launchpad response into documents, emails, or other tools without manually selecting and copying the chat.
  • Share a response with colleagues. You get a link to the chat response, which you can share — via Slack, email, or any other channel — so colleagues can view the exact chat.
  • Provide feedback on a specific response. This allows you to flag specific responses that were helpful or could be improved, giving granular feedback on the quality of Launchpad responses.

Copy, share, and feedback actions appear on each response.
