The Audit Trail supports your security requirements by recording user activity for auditing purposes. The Audit Trail provides information about users who have accessed Blueshift and the actions they completed when they were logged in. The Audit Trail also helps you to recover quickly from any changes that might have been made inadvertently by identifying the items that were modified.
The Audit Trail includes information about the item that was impacted, the modifications made, the user who initiated the action, and the time at which this modification was done.

Accessing the Audit Trail records
You can access the Audit Trail records from the drop-down menu next to the username. The entire history of user activity is available on the Blueshift platform for you to view and download.
- The audit records displayed include the Date, User, Action, Type, and Item.
- Click on the row to see the details for the Action. For an update action, you can view the old values and the updated values.
- You can search within the audit records by user name and filter by User, Action, Type, and Item ID. You can also filter records based on a date range.
- For entities that have dependent entities (for example, a campaign with multiple triggers), you can view the audit trail records for both the primary and the dependent entities at the same time. When you select the primary entity (for example, you select a specific campaign by entering the campaign ID), the Show dependent entities option is automatically selected. This lets you view all the changes for the associated triggers for that campaign along with all the campaign related changes (for example, campaign properties and start node).
