This page helps you review how the Campaign Optimizer Agent test is running and what has happened so far. You can see results on the Performance tab, the run-by-run trail on the Activity Log tab, and the earlier scoring work on the Analysis tab.

From the left navigation panel, go to Customer AI > Agents > Campaign Optimizer. Click the Optimizer tests (tab), select a test, then use the following tabs at the top of the page.

  • Performance — current metrics and history for the selected test.
  • Activity Log — a timeline of approvals, denials, failures, and related entries.
  • Analysis — the initial analysis that informed the opportunity’s score and setup.

Performance tab

The Performance tab provides details about how a test is running and the results it produces. It includes:

  • A list of runs for the campaign's A/B test, with the most recent run shown first. Each run displays the control and test content, the goal, total sends, lift values (such as lift vs. current or lift vs. origin), and the current status.
  • A summary line that describes the measurement mode (for example, unique user counts), the number of sends for control and test, the test period, and a link to the campaign's reports.
  • A metrics table that reports performance across available measures. It can include relative lift, control and test rates, counts, confidence levels, and a small chart to compare trends over time.

Activity log tab

The Activity Log lists all actions and outcomes for the selected trigger. It shows how the Campaign Optimizer Agent handled control and test variants across different points in time.

Entries include details such as when content was generated, approved, rejected, or regenerated, along with allocation changes and monitoring updates. For each stage, you can view the control versus test performance and any reported lift.

The log is ordered with the most recent test activity at the top, giving you a complete timeline of decisions and results for that trigger.

Analysis tab

The Analysis tab displays the earlier analysis that informs how this opportunity was scored and prepared. The view includes a score, opportunities identified during the analysis, and a concise summary of findings that helped set up the test.

Tracking parameters in links

Two tracking parameters are added to links in all AI-optimized triggers from the Campaign Optimizer Agent. These parameters help identify the source and type of each variant when viewed in external reporting systems:

  • bsft_variant_src — Indicates whether a variant was AI-generated (ai) or human-authored (non-ai).
  • bsft_variant_type — Indicates whether the variant was the control (control) or the test (test) at the time of sending.

The parameters are only added if the Campaign Optimizer Agent is active at the time of sending. Values reflect the variant's status at the moment the message was sent.

These same tracking values (bsft_variant_src and bsft_variant_type) are also included in the extended attributes of campaign activity reports. They are not visible in the UI but can be accessed by exporting campaign activity data for triggers where the Campaign Optimizer Agent is enabled.
