Filter by channels
If you filter the reports by channel two additional columns will be available to you in the report table
- Unsubscribed - This indicates the total number of unsubscribes that have happened in the given time duration for that channel
- Entered Audience - This is the number of new customers added to the audience without a subscription status and any new subscribers. If this number is a negative number that indicates profile deletions or merges. For eg. If for a time period the Entered Audience metric is -130 then it indicates that during that time period 130 profiles either got merged or deleted leading to the shrinkage in audience size.
