Account access for support

Internal Blueshift users might be granted temporary access to a customer's account on a needs-only basis, strictly for executing their business function. This access will be terminated immediately upon the completion of the necessary task.

Blueshift users might be given access in the following scenarios:

  • Blueshift support or developers are helping to troubleshoot issues.
  • Blueshift support or developers are reviewing an entity to either fix an issue or suggest the right content. At times, Blueshift might clone an entity to avoid making any changes to your original entity. 

Note: Allowing Blueshift access to your account does not affect your available user seats.
